Phuket Tourist Police will use more bicycle patrols to save fuel costs

PHUKET: -- Reducing the number of car patrol operations and using more bicycles for the operation, especially on the tourist resort island is one of the Tourist Police policies in helping save fuel costs today.

Patong beach is no different, as officers started to use more bicycles for their patrol operation on the beach side. The adjustment is expected to still provide safety and facilitate visitors to the famous beach on the resort island.
