Jatuporn warns demonstrating Ramkhamhaeng students against coming to Rajamangala

Jutuporns rhetoric has spawned the violence and one can but only suppose that lessons have been learnt from the Red shirt movements in 2010, how long before L.P.G. tankers are parked into strategic areas and round housing complexes ?

Sadly tempers run high in civil disturbances as I well know having been involved in keeping sides apart in the past, common sense flies out of the window when rhetoric from protest leaders condones or suggest force might or in fact will used to settle the possession of certain areas. interesting to note though that as usual those proponents of vigorous physical action are far from the scene of conflict and surrounded by a cordon of defenders unlike the front line protesters.

'Twould be interesting to se the reaction of those involved in this current violence if those gendarmes who were policing demonstrations on the Parisian Left Bank were to appear on the scene swinging their famous or infamous lead weighted capes around them.

Didn't half make the fillings in your teeth rattle if you got a clout round the ear from one of those capes.w00t.gif

In my opinion Jutuporn has incited violence and actions where there was no indication of such activities prior to his inflammatory remarks and his suggested actions..

I just can't see how Jatuporn can be blamed for this. There were rumours that students might try to prevent red shirt buses coming in earlier. So Jatuporn in his typical firebrand nak leng style clearly says, if students don't block protesters, there won't be any trouble. So what do the students do? They attack protesters trying to enter the stadium. And this is Jatuporn's fault? He didn't say they couldn't have the area around the university, he was just claiming the right for reds to peacefully enter the stadium.

You're also aware that at least four red shirts have been attacked by technical students unprovoked when leaving stadium during the past week right? I'd imagine Jatuporn spoke partly in response to that too.

georgehenton @georgehenton 5m

Bus full of people just attacked by students for about 10 minutes. All windows smashed. People inside very shaken. It sped off.

From what I am reading and seeing in twitter, there are plenty of elderly and children in the red camp.... brought in as human shields perhaps?

They do have a history of it don't they?

The fact that the nutcase Jatuporn is a spokesman for this government clearly means it is finished.......

Jatuporn is a leader in the UDD and not in the government.

A somewhat fine distinction....... As Jatuporn is clearly a stooge for Thaksin, and according to the now famous

statement, " As Thaksin thinks, PTT acts" ( a statement I am sure is regretted by now) , Jatuporn is in fact

representing what the government wishes. Or are you implying he is renegade lunatic in control of his own

private army ?? Now that is even more scary.........

PTT is a petroleum company smile.png

Jatuporn is UDD ... not PTP. He was going to be a PTP MP but ....

The UDD is pretty strongly allied with this government. Their ranks have dwindled somewhat in the last 45 days but violence now will see that swing back up as people forget that the government was granting amnesty to Aphisit and Suthep so that Thaksin and the UDD thugs could get it too. Many redshirts hated that idea.

What I am saying there is that not all redshirts are UDD .... there are other groups that have indeed distanced themselves from Thaksin. (Just like not all the anti-government people are linked with Suthep. I can find no historical evidence that the group at RU are connected to the general alliance under Suthep in any way)

If you must think of them together ... PTP is the political arm and the UDD (in theory under "chairlady" Thida is the real politik arm. Thida and Jatuporn rarely speak at the same times as Thida knows the value of having heavies and having people that appear reasonable.

edit for clarity and to remove Thida and Weng's communist past .. that can be discussed later

Video just posted on 2bangkok of students attacking bus with red shirts on it. Video is brief but attack apparently carried on for ten mins as bus was stuck in traffic:

Presently Sutheps anti-government protestors number around 5,000 in total spread all over different area's.

Red shirts at the stadium now around 70,000.

This is why Sutheps mobs are getting violent, they are losing, losing face and Sutheps and Abhisit 12th December appointment with the Criminal Court for charges of murder gets ever closer. The people who support the government far outnumber those who are against it.

So now the Suthep/Yellow/PAD mobs are getting more and more violent, just like they did in the past when seizing airports - dead body found at Don Muang - everyone remember that.

Violent thugs, thats all they are.

They did have some moral high ground after the reds in 2010 - now they have none. They are a disgusting bunch of thugs who are totally against Democracy.

Suthep sends these students near the red shirts as a provocation, hoping that the situation will get worse, and finally out of hand.
Who else would he send there? The gentle middle class protesters with their nice haircut and fashionable sunglasses? Not to forget their silly little whistle, of course. giggle.gif
Suthep's students' brigade is composed of students who are used to fight each other. But now, instead of useless brawls, they can go to search for new sensations near the red shirts.

The goal is clear. Just to create chaos.
Suthep must hate to see red shirts avoiding confrontation. It's does not "look good", while his own southern thugs seize government buildings, enjoy free food, harass a 10yrs old child and go as far as to provoke the police and the army. Without any result, hopefully.
Suthep and the Dems must become impatients. When will there finally be serious casualties?

Let's just hope that the red shirts stay as wise and restrained as they have been till now. At least they behave like adults.

Spot on what?? Again - let's look at the demographical situation. REd shirt leaders send the protesters to predominantly southern-houselhold areas of Bangkok. So who's looking for confrontation?

I am not condoning either of the 2 following "events", but again I am a bit confused.

German photo- journalist beaten by anti- government demonstrators: "He is biased and a red-supporter! He should stay away from a anti-government rally! He was clearly asking for it!"

Jatuporn warns students, not to get too close to the Stadium:"How dare he? These students are just exercising their right to demonstrate..."

Now -again- Jatuporn is a dangerous man, and he should be in jail, for all I care...but...bit of double standard, don't you think?

Talking of double standards, the police requested a warrant for Suthep's arrest. Jauporn is clearly and repeatedly in violation of his bail conditions. Expect he'll be arrested anytime now and placed back in prison wink.png

A friend of mine was near the assaulted German journalist with another journalist. My friend and the other journalist had no problems, and reported people were friendly and wanting to explain why they were there. I don't condone violence and suggesting "anyone asks for it" is silly. However, a journalist, known for his often very sympathetic comments towards red shirts and Thaksin should have exercised caution. Bit like a football supporter exercising his right to stand in the middle of the rival teams fans. It will lead to trouble,

Absolutely agree with all you say.

Still....

considering it is mostly innuendo it is aload of crap, no one intimidated a 10y/o child, in fact no one went near him, it was all supposition like everything else you wrote. There is a big difference between saying it was done and actually happening unlike the reds being told to burn down Bangkok then actually doing it. You lot are so desperate now you have to make things up or embellish it, I know these are big english words but you can look them up in a dictionary as your own english is pretty poor and you usually have to repeat what you write continually because you cant think for yourselves or just copy and paste everyone elses writing. Feel free to use these words yourselves in the future as I am sure you will.w00t.gif

Oh God! When is the Army coming in......Thailand cannot be governed by any Politicans, be it from whatever parties or groups they come from. They are the same, stupid, corrupted and only caring about their own pockets. Plus an electoral database of idiots that can be bought with pittance/small monies. No reason for democcracy.

At least the army can provide economic stability which is being threathened now and its affecting most tax payers.

Well where is our peace loving Prime Minister during this little ongoing student/red shirt, probing action? She is in charge of the country, has a war room set up, support of the police,. order police to go in and keep the 2 groups apart.

You posted that within 10 minutes of the OP being posted,

There were only a couple of replies, so you clearly wanted to preempt what was obviously going to be the tone.

What instigated these feelings?

Embarrassment?

I just had a call from Sakhorn Nakorn - people there are being offered 400 Baht a day to go to Bangkok.

I suspect the powers that be are paying 500 and that someone local up there is skimming off the additional 100.

So once again - another 'rent a crowd'.

Posted

Just had a call from Surat Thani - people being offered 500 baht to go to Bangkok to support Suthep and his anti-government protests.

Rent a crowd again by the PAD/Yellows it seems.

Lol... give it up.

Everyone on here knows that you are just talking <deleted>. Even those of the red side of the fence know you are talking crapolla.

You are wasting your time here, we are not stupid. My wife's brother is there, he says there are lots of people joining each rally at all the different sites, and has said that for the past 3 weeks he has been at the rallies, not a single baht has been seen to change hands, or any offers made.

But you just go and chat with your spies that you have placed at Surat Thani and let the adults have a discussion without your silly soundbites.

If you had said any other place, the credibility may have increased by 5%... but you had to use Surat Thani didn't you.

Hahahahaha

It has already been confirmed on the news and on the Thai news websites that a teacher from that school has already made a statement saying that all of it is untrue.

Also that Yingluck's son is in fact at another school which is outside the country.

The police officer lied about the bomb threat and should be called out on this. He should be removed from office making propaganda statements to stir up hatred.

So it's official.... all you red buffoons on here can stop pushing that lie to attempt to gain moral high ground, because it actually put you all on the moral cesspit.

The statement from the school says nothing other than there was no security breach.

There has been reports from teachers and pupils parents that yes, there was whistle blowing against the poor little kid.

You yellow/PAD/Democrat spin merchants are really on to a loser with this one...........

Haha, the funny part is silly little people known as shills register at sites like this for no other purpose than to spread false propaganda and spin truths. People like this do more to detract from the side they purport to advocate as all credibility vanishes. Nothing has been confirmed and you don't know what happened so comments like these make you appear as an obsessed nutter.

Wake up, its not too late.
