crafty1
I have a couple of questions. 1) How long does it take to renew an expired Thai citizen passport in Bangkok? 2) with the current protests in Bangkok, is it difficult to get to the immigration offices to renew the passport, as I read somewhere that they are protesting there. Thanks in advance Sent from my iPad using ThaiVisa app

crafty1
Fair enough, but a number of government offices are effected with the protests, that's basically what I was implying. Sent from my iPad using ThaiVisa app
Maestro
Instead of using the passport office at the Government Complex at Chaeng Watthana, you could go the the office in Bang Na: https://www.google.com/maps/ms?msid=214923170432669428134.0004694ef1b3d610154f1&msa=0&ll=15.644197,101.90918&spn=10.796769,16.940918&iwloc=000469a4ff61a915aa19a The new passport is usually mailed to the applicant within five working days after the application. Perhaps call first to check whether they are also besieged.
