I'm proud of the Red Shirt Leaders

Featured Replies

I just want to say that normally I don't like the Red Shirts, but today I am proud of them for disbanding their rally in order to avoid further violence. Now if only the anti government protesters would do the same, and if only the red shirts had done it in 2010, perhaps we wouldn't be in the same position we are today.

Agreed unfortunately when it comes to the Red Shirts I am always waiting for the other shoe to drop.

I am not proud of any of them, what ever side, cos they ALL know someone will loose their life (and they have) with this sort of mass rally. Instilling hate talk and fooling with their countries places of authority will always bring out the worse folk.

They disbanded because they are outnumbered 20 to 1

Some took over Ramkamhaeng university and shot and killed 3 people.

I am not proud of them , they are rats that must be exterminated.

If you wear a Red Shirt ... does it clash with our skin colour ... I'm very conscious of that.

Maybe it's worse if you have been out in the Midday Sun protesting your little heart out and have turned a brighter shade of pale.

Not to be confused with the icon Whiter shade of Pale ... different thing entirely.

.

I am going out partying tonight - so as long as they stay away from the bar areas, then I really could care less about what they do. I doubt very much future violence will be avoided.

I also think that they do the right thing.

Yesterday we could see the "students" shooting at them and hopefully none was hurt on their side.

It is very wise to retreat and take care of their members before the worst happens.

I am very doubtful that the protesters and Suthep will stop their criminal actions, if only they could be as wise as the ones they want to fight
