Removal Of Errorsafe Virus

A member has PM'ed me asking for advise how to remove the 'Errorsafe' virus from his PC with WinXP Pro.

Is there a removal tool for this virus available or is a Windows reinstall the only solution?

A google search for errorsafe virus removal gives many shady answers and total confusion.

Please advise.

That does not seem to be a virus on my reading using Google. Did you see this page?

Seems to be a nag program and if you remove the listed files/reg entries that should remove it. But agree that is highly detailed for average user and that site only lists removal tool for their product.

This site advises using Spybot Search and Destroy to remove this program.
