Multi entry Thai tourist visa from Phnom Penh

Anyone recommend a good agent in Phnom Penh to sort out a Thai multi entry tourist visa for a UK citizen?

Or is it just as easy to do it yourself at the embassy.

Can you get a triple entry tourist visa for Thailand from Phnom Penh? Or is it only single or double entry?

Any ideas of costs and timings?

Only single entry visa there and it can take 4 days to get the visa.

You can get a 2 entry in Laos and it is next day service.
