Can somebody tell me the form number for the Proof of Residence only there seems to be two

TM18 and TM20 are both headed Applicant Substitute Certificate of Residence

They are the same form. Posted both in case you had problem with MS word format.

It depends upon which immigration office you go to but some proof of address may be needed.

Sorry to be a pain but these forms are different to each other

One is a single page form the other a two page form

Also I thought somebody talked about photos being required

It is a formating error with the one that is a .doc causing it to be 2 pages. The PDF is correct.

Yes 2 photos forgot those. They will attach photo to certificate.
