Looking for a Penthouse Flat-Mate Starting in June...

Rent would be 35K-45K a piece and the one-year lease would start in June. (The Penthouses in the 35K range are amazing and the one in the 45K range will make your jaw hit the floor…I have three particular ones in mind, but am open to additional suggestions) All of the flats are located downtown and would be the ideal place to unwind on the weekdays, party on the weekends, and still have access to personal privacy and space. While I can’t afford a kick-ass penthouse on my own… it is possible with two and there is more than enough space.

A little bit about myself: I am a 30 year-old guy and this is my third year working at a well-known International School outside the city. I enjoy grilling out, having a few beers, playing video games, going out with friends, playing pool and/or darts (I have a full size billiards table and dart board), watching movies, watching sports, playing poker, drinking some scotch, golfing, scuba, travelling, and enjoying the occasional J. I typically go to bed around 10 or 11, on the weekdays, because of work, but won’t mind if people are up late. Some weekends I travel, but I love having fun around town when I am here and we could throw some unforgettable parties at these locations. I am looking for a flat-mate because all of the teachers at my school are married or in long-term relationships. (Believe it or not, I am the youngest teacher at my school.) If you like to have fun and don’t take life too seriously, let’s have a few drinks at a local pub and talk some more… I live in Ari and have HOBS away next to me, but we can meet closer to you if need be.
