He did his time in Thailand and the allegation of the new offence occurred in Canada.

If proven guilty, I hope they are suitably outraged in Canada.

Just noticed, my title should be Swirly (not misspelled swirly)

He did his time in Thailand, and when he arrived back in Vancouver there was outrage that he couldn't be tossed into prison there for his overseas crimes. A judge did manage to put some strict conditions on him, which he broke and is now in and out of the system for those.

Looks like more coming - and yes, people are outraged by him and our own lack of ability to toss him!
