It is official; True is filtering out P2P traffic on its Hi-Speed ADSL connections with some software. Maybe we can find tricks to escape this new filtering.

Did you read it? This is a catch system where a copy of the material is stored on local servers so others that request the same material do not have to tie up the external lines. It is not blocking P2P. Like a mirror site but transparent to user.
