Phnom penh embassy is closed 30.12, 31,12 and 1.1 so with 3 (52 usd) or 4 ( 57 usd) day service it is not possible to get passport next week back. Paying 2 day service ( 60 usd) it might be possible to get passport saturday ( 4th) back to sihaunoukville but no guarantees.
