... but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now.

Any idea, how to get rid of it, I am connected with 3 computers on the same server and all google responses come up the same. So I dont believe its a virus as they are in different rooms, and not connected to each other. we have' true cable'as the supplier......any ideas, I would google it but can not get on lol

We probably need a little more information from you in order to help.
I'm going to assume you mean you have 3 computers on the same True Cable Internet Modem/Router. And seeing that you're posting here I'll also assume all the computers can surf the web and see ThaiVisa. So, you just can't connect to GOOGLE at the moment. Yahoo and other sites work fine?
If this is the case, the GOOGLE servers have probably BLACKLISTED the IP Address due to prior hacking activity, then your Internet Router was recently dynamically issued this particular address.
If it's still happening, try power cycling (Off/On) your True Modem and when the Internet comes back up try accessing www.google.co.th or www.google.com again.

Doing 'google searches' on the issue now. Possibilities: Blacklisted IP address that you inherited (covered in my post above), cookie issues in a browser on one of your systems (clear all cookies in all browsers to fix), DNS issue (if you use alternative DNS entries), Browser or Computer is set to use a PROXY (uncheck the box), ...

Are you connected with a VPN (Virtual Private Network)? I had the same issue with my previous VPN provider. Google blocked there server IP address due to the high traffic they generated.

Not to my knowledge

what browser are you using?

Can you see what IP address your True box was issues, and verify that it's changing when you power-cycle the box? http://www.whatismyip.com/

If all the systems are clean (no virus or malware) then Google might have blacklisted the entire block of IP addresses (ex: x.x.229.0 - x.x.231.255) and your True box is only being issued IP addresses that happen from that block of IP addresses.

For a quick test, try installing HOLA ( https://hola.org/ ) and use it to create a proxy to the US or England, or wherever, and see if you can access google.

You can also send an email to google and ask them to research/resolve the IP issue once you've verified that all your active connections have been virus/malware scanned and all the cookies have been deleted on all devices.

The error message should give you an option of filling in a response form to google to help resolve the issue.

It means someone is or has been running automated seo checking software on the same ip.

You may be using trues proxy which could be the cause or your ip may have just changed to one someone else just had.

Ok guys, thank you very much for the feed back,

I will get my tech guy to come out tomorrow, as unfortunately I am a bit of a luddite when it comes to doing the things that your talking about. Once again thank you.

I recall having similar issue several years ago. An anti malware program solved the issue.
