What a load of cr_p, how did the mentally ill survive a few years back when Bkk was at a stand-still due to flooding. Just more nonsense from over-paid and completely devoid of any intelligence public servant

With the abysmal state of mental health resources in Thailand, it would be nice to see an equal level of concern for the mentally ill throughout the whole year by the man in charge of it.

Sad to say, but this number does not include those who don't receive any medical help, like my mother-in-law who runs around attacking "family" members with an ax and knives ...

How many shall we count on that 'unofficially unknown' side?

Mother-in-law? Have you heard the expression "runs in the family"?

Sent from my phone, hence brevity and gypos
