We went already to police:but they told us to go the Embassy:and Embassy told us only relatives can make a report.The problem is that Claudio is alone.No parents,no brother or sister.

My advice for what it is worth is for you or even better a group of you to go to his last known area of residence and take a native Thai/ Khmer speaker with you and then start a search locally. With any luck you'll hopefully find he is in love and settled down with a partner.

Phone could be lost, stolen or broken, if not, well keep looking.
