Really? I am an avid windsurfer but have always lamented the poor conditions for windsurfing in Thailand. Not enough wind!

They should have held it a few weeks back, when there was wind. They have this same time every year, and every year there is little to no wind. Does anyone ever look at weather and wind patterns? Or is this just an available time slot?

I am guessing these competitions are scheduled far in advance. Meteorology is an imprecise science, and weather conditions change quickly.

As soon as I open my big yap about no wind..... it got windy here!
