e-cigs, allowed or banned in airports?

Featured Replies

Does anyone know if e-cigs are allowed or banned in airports and on aircraft?

Thanks

You can't puff away in your seat ,but if you go to the toilet and smoke discreetly not a problem,

Quatar air have banned E cigs on all flights,

Airport would be the same,

bkk airport have smoking rooms, and recently terminal 4 at health row has a vaping lounge and now a proper smoking room.

Hahahahaaha enjoy a nice E cig in the crapper, must be a delight with the chemical smell of the toilet. I thought it was only junkies who sloped off to the toilet for a fix.

As far as I know, no go. As others have said, you may be able to sneak a few drags here and there but I would be hesitant to try in a confined toilet on a plane.

Fast Fwd to 1:15 in below video to see the guy blowing vapor smoke onto a smoke detector.

For the junkie knockers, FWIW, these vapor cigs are a way for us sorry addicts to get off the dope.

I was nearing 2 packs a day for my 25 year habit. Received my vapor ecig kit two weeks ago and haven't had a real fag since. I'm stepping down to low strength nicotine liquid from tomorrow, and next step is to be completely off any kind of smoking afterward.

The Mrs. already has a plan for the money I'm not spending on smoking. facepalm.gif

Good luck!

I gave up 17 years ago. My approach was slightly different, I crashed a motorbike and spent the next year in hospital. By which time I couldn't really see the point in smoking again.

Your way sounds loads easier!

'Smoker' is just a polite word for 'drug addict' eh? biggrin.png

Thanks for the informative replies.

I am considering using e-cigs myself and this was one topic I had not seen any information about.
