I have a problem at this moment, my residence book is full and need a new one, normal they do this at CW immigration

but they closed, is there a other way where to renew this book

There are two temporary offices that can do it for you. It might take a bit longer than normal.

Not it is not. It is gotten by applying for and obtaining permanent residency.
