Prefer home-stay near by food stalls etc. Not too far out of the way. We are from Japan and very mellow. Not party animals as such. Place need to be quite and private. If parking available is also good as we may rent a car. Also need wi-fi connection. Send in your offer with correct address, details, cost, reference(if available) etc. please.
