You guys give up too easily, this is supposed to be Auto trivia. By trivia it means we all discover tidbits we didn't know before.

BDA = Belt driven Anglia

FVA = Four valve Anglia. ( or Four Valve-A)

Because they are all Ford Cosworth engines based on the Kent (Anglia) engine.

I'm just going out back to tickle my anal carburettor.

first road accident involving and automobile.

Was it a guy who run over the bloke with the red flag leading his way ? whistling.gif

Way before red flags. I think it was in about 1870 when some guy ran himself over with his experimental steam car. Possibly in Ireland but I can't be sure.

I posted a picture in Unexpected Cars if anyone would like to have a go?

From the Church of Janis...

Oh lord, won't you buy me a Mercedes Benz ?

My fiends all drive Porsche's and I must make amends.

The first Austin Mini came off the assembly line in 1959, I had a 59 wub.png , but it wasn't called a Mini at that time. what was it called.?

Remember getting my hand stuck for a while trying to recover the distributor drive gear that accidentally fell into the transmission. whistling.gif Kind of like the old peanut in a jar monkey trap!

What big name brands have been dropped by USA Chrysler and GM in the last few years ? sad.png

Church of Janis has bad perspective on brand positioning :P

Wouldn't be biased there would you IMHO?

Apparently Janis had a psychedelic 356 so there may be some artistic license in her words.

But Dodge is still there. MOPAR or No Car?

Name 5 car companies who have made two-stroke cars. Extra points for a sixth. Actually there are at least seven so there is room for pondering

1.Trebant.2.DKW.3.Go GoMobile.4.Saab.5.Wartburg.6.Moscovitch. 7.Audi.8. Auto Union.

There are 2 Brit ones i foregot. Berkley and Morgan. These new fangled phones make it too easy to post too much.wai2.gif

That's the whole point of this thread well at least i thought it was that we were supposed to be doing this without the use of new fangled phones. Otherwise it is useless asking questions. One can simply just look stuff up at will.

It's like a pub quiz. no phones allowed.

That being said Morgan , Audi and Moskvich to the best of my knowledge never made two-strokes but you did miss the sixth one. I knew about Gogo mobile but didn't know they made a two stroke so that makes 8-ish

What was the answer to the OP's question? did i miss it? did they post a second question?.
