Does anyone know of a dog groomer in CM who would be willing to groom a very matted little shih tzu? We've been trying to snip off the matts with scissors, but she's a squirmy little thing, and I'm worried she'll jerk and get snipped. She'll have to be shaved in a few places, I just don't know how to do it safely.

I know the feeling. My toy poodle bitch has just had puppies, and I'm afraid to cut off the matts for fear of snipping her tits!

It's a few years since I left Chiangmai, but there used to be a groomer in the carpark of the Small Animal Hospital in Cholpratan Road (alongside CMU).
