h90
better screen may help, there are some with higher resolution which are supposed to be more eye friendly.
Deserted
You need anti-reflection lenses but more importantly, wear reading glasses rather than general use. You will need to go to a proper optometrist for that as the prescription will be different. Probably best to reduce the amount of time in front of the screen. manarak
The most common cause of red eyes in front of a computer in Thailand is wind. Point the fan away from your face or change your working place if you are in the way of the aircon. If that isn't the cause, try a better monitor. The cheap 22" or 23" HD (1920x1080) Samsung screens are ok. If that still doesn't help or you got a good monitor already, you can try some of the tinfoil-hat equipment to protect you against "evil computer radiation", 555 But I bet on the wind or a bad screen P.S. Noticed that: Edited by lopburi3, Yesterday, 14:48 .change mini font to standard size So you maybe really use an old 1024x768 CRT screen? rak sa_ngop
When I used to work in front of CRT workstations all day I used to turn the lights in the room down. Not just to be able to reduce the intensity of the screen but also to reduce the glare from the white plastic surrounds of the screens. Made a big difference to me,
