Special Projects/Funds Management

I recently started a Topic regarding procedures for the management of Special Projects in a condominium, and for the Project itself AFTER the project had received AGM/EGM procedure. Judging from all but one answer, it seems this was misunderstood and the answers speak instead on how to initiate a Special Fund, etc. If you read my initial post with this in mind, I think the original Topic will be more useful.
