Just moved into a condo unit for the next 3 years and it has a LG 19,000 BTU air con year of manufacture 2012. As I will be here for 3 years can anyone tell me if this is a good unit and any does and don't that might be associated with it. I want to get optimum performance. I tried the LG website and could find nothing.

LG's a good brand.

Just clean it regularly, minimum 6 months, more if dusty environment.

Have it professionally serviced at least annually.

As long as it keeps the place cool it's good 8-)
