Phuket Student Needs Transport

Young child lives near Kajongeit (sp?) School and the school he attends is in Nai Harn.

One way or round trip.

If you travel this route every day, maybe you would like a few extra baht to help pay for fuel.

Thanks

Weird. Normally it's the other way round. Living in Naiharn and going to Kajonkiet.

Why not just send to a better school that's closer?

Nothing in the naiharn/Rawai area has a decent school.

Palm House in Rawai is by far the best and most affordable international school in the south of Phuket.

It's rubbish. Money down the drain as far as I'm concerned.

Can't find a nice thing to say about the owner either, complete nutter.

My experiences and those of other parents are very, very positive.

But I'm sure you know better, so please spare me a reply.

My opinion is as valid as yours.

You get what you pay for.

Yes, it is.

But I have actual experience with the school, and don't retord to half ass, useless comments as 'it's rubbish', without giving any grounds for that.

Maybe you want to start a new thread about schools, after all there are only a dozen or so already, and the OP can keep this thread to look for a ride?

How can you assume I have no experience with Palm House and it's proprietor?? Seems your crystal ball is borked.

If you would subject your child to that educator I feel bad for your child but if that's within your budget you dont have much choice.

Enjoy your afternoon

The headmaster is not the teacher. I did not say you don't have any experience with the school or its proprietor, I said your opinion does not add much value if you don't state your grounds for it.

Sounds like it is personal, but since my crystal ball is borked it could be something else. I don't really care, I'm very happy with the school, my son is, and all other parents I speak to are very happy with the school.

just bunch of luk krungs with no manners, dont see many thai kids in these western schools, i guess parents don't want them lose their thai identity/culture, kajonkiet is good start before sending your kids to singapore/hongkong..

Maybe a bit odd, but the child attends a new pre/primary school in Nai Harn.

I won't tell you how awesome this school is because I am associated with the owner.

But it is an awesome little school with experienced and qualified instructors.

I guess the parents are sending him to this new school because they feel it is a good choice.

But, no takers on drivers yet. Guess its up to me.

Thanks
