No one can be that stupid.

Having known a lot of bargirls in my "young days", I can tell you, that you would be amazed of how many stupid farang men you can find, when it comes to Thai-girls. And you would be even more amazed of what some of them are willing to pay, to believe that "their girlfriend" is not working the bars.
