That's really sad. Rayong to the PAD is like Chiang Mai to PTP. Klaeng is a sleepy little agricultural town, populated mostly by farmers. Of course, there will be almost no investigation and certainly no apprehension of suspects. This is being repeated over and over again throughout the nation. PTP is aggressively pursuing red-shirt murders from 2010, but essentially condoning vigilante attacks on peaceful PDRC protest sites.

With 3 or 4 massive rubber factories who's head offices are down south.

Maybe they don't want to get caught with them in their trouser pockets on the way out
