On an Italian Forum someone wrote to me that on mp

You <deleted>

Can a cancer takes you and that whore of your wife

And before you the tumor has to come to the member of your family.Hope u will die soon,i'll be really glad.

He is liable for law?Can i go against him by law?

Thanks for your answers

of course you cantry and sue for liable, but one hopes you have money and time

If the libel laws were so tough in Thailand, this site would have been closed down long ago.

Go to the Thailand News forum, read about what is written about Politicians, how in general Thailand and Thai people are put down at every opportunity.

No, the libel laws can't be very strict.

there is nothing libelous in those remarks. nothing.

If that message was sent to you on an Italian forum then try notifying the forum admin. A message like that on most well administered forums would see the sender banned. As for trying to sue then possibly a long road ahead... move on unless it continues in which case you could report it to the police as harassment or stalking but depends if the police in your country follow up such complaints.

There's more then a few foreign con men residing in Thailand posing as respected members of society and when disgrunteld customers coming knocking on their door to get their money back said conmen will use Thailand strict defemation and libel laws to their advantage even if the complainers are right .So maybe you could contact one of them on how to proceed 5555555.

On an Italian forum, zero to do with Thailand and Thai law.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
