I wouldn't want to say I know them as I could be accused as an accomplice. I would like to say what nationally they are but that could be against forum rule's. The guy with the red shirt is just as guilty... if you look carefully you can see he helps to move the bag further to the edge of the chair so as to make it easier to 'lift'.
