TrueMoney Cash card. Anyway to buy Online?

Hello there guys, I'm trying to find and buy TrueMoney Cash card online to top-up for a Thai online game call Cosmic Break.

Long story short:

The game have a promotion which requires true to receive the correspondent promo. I have the money but lived in the USA. Searched online for like 4 hours but nothing.

So that why I am hoping that somebody might know here or can help me out.

Websites I found so far which did not work:

http://dks.in.th/truemoney-cash-card (all truemove cash card were out. So I'm assuming this site is super inactive)
https://shop.utopup.co.th/T4UShop/Product/Product.aspx?CategoryID=17 (Have it. Everything is in stock. However, they seem to reject Wells Fargo bank. And yes, I called Wells Fargo to make sure that it wasn't them. Wells fargo said that it's the website.)
http://www.e-currencystore.com/ (Have it and in stock. However, this site is a pain. The only way for me to pay is to use Paysbuy. And in order to use Paysbuy... well... let just say it's a long hassle. So this site is a no-go)
http://www.seagm.com/card/list (have it, but when i try to buy, they said that they no longer sell this product over sea, which resulted them sending my money back to PayPal.)

P.S. I honestly don't know if this is the place to ask, but it's the only website I found that is related to Thailand where everybody speaks English.

Also, if anyone know anybody who resell them like on Skype or something and is willing to accept Paypal, then that's even better.
