Featured Replies

They just borrowed a croc from the local croc farm to do a re enactment for the local media, for safety reasons they were only allowed to use a baby croc.

That is a reference to the iconic Australian film Crocodile Dundee, your cultural upbringing needs some work.

Aus culture doesn't travel much beyond Australia. All that "shrimp on the barbie" stuff is so over.

Angry Crocodile? Is there any other kind?

The angry alligator stunk of cheap whisky and was seen yelling foul mouth abuse at Somdit and threatening to 'knock his block off'. cheesy.gif

I would be angry too if I knew I was destined to be a handbag and someday snatched by ladyboys.

you want to see real big crocs wandering the street's or swimming in your pool try Darwin.

Yes, where that Mr. Alligator comes to dinner photo was likely taken. Now that's a big gator...this guy is barely out of the egg.

Yeh, by the time you see him coming, it's too late and he's all over you.

This crocodile versus alligator debate is reminiscent of the daily argument with the TG on whether or not the critters making noise all night in my Koi pond are frogs or toads

I would be angry too if I knew I was destined to be a handbag and someday snatched by ladyboys.

I'd be angry for just being stuck in Sattahip for more than 10 minutes bah.gif

You ever been there?

I believe the debate about this guy maybe not being a crocodile is because of the similarity of his markings to a water monitor lizard.

Here is a picture of one of five 1 meter water monitors that grew up and lived in our pond, you can see the tail markings are very similar.

If you want to see more pictures of Fred and his family and learn how we caught all five before they grew into 2.5 meter monsters the story is HERE
