webfact
Fake East Pattaya Maid and her Husband arrested in 1 Million Baht Burglary casePATTAYA: -- Since early February Nongprue Police have been hunting for a Husband and Wife who are thought to have burglarized luxury homes occupied by foreign men and their Thai Wives, with the assumption their homes would contain many items of high value. They were correct but are now in Police Custody and many of the stolen items have been recovered and returned to their rightful owners. On Monday at Nongprue Police Station, Police Colonel Tanayort announced the arrest of Khun Paew aged 26 and her Husband Khun Getgeaw aged 23 who were caught in their home village in Satkaew Province on the strength of arrest warrant number 46/2557 dated 7th February 2014 and issued by the Pattaya Provincial Court. The pair were taken back to Nongprue Police Station where they confronted three of their victims. They begged for their forgiveness and apologized for their actions and later revealed how they would advertise Maid services through Facebook. The female suspect would begin work and would inform her Husband of the layout of the house and where items of value were kept. He would enter the houses when the owners were out and take valuable items without the knowledge of the house owner.Full story: http://www.pattayaone.net/pattaya-news/119506/fake-east-pattaya-maid-and-her-husband-arrested-in-1-million-baht-burglary-case/-- Pattaya One 2014-02-
