One reason why I love being in LOS is that my sense of time and its passage is so vastly different from what I experienced at home--even after 4 years here.

If it goes slow you are most likely board.

For me I still have 24 hours a day to enjoy LOS :D

It depends. For the long perspective too fast, and if you are waiting for thai ppl "everything got its own time in LOS" :o
