Topah
Hi. I know there must be information about this with the search but as the regulations do change pretty often I would like to open this new thread. My friend is visiting Thailand with 1 entry tourist visa and now she wants to extend the stay 30 days more. I know where to go and how to do it but is there any regulations for the timing? When she should go to the immigration to do the extension? Can it be done 2 weeks before the 60 days runs out without losing any days or should she go just the last day? Thanks for your help. wayned
2 weeks before is fine and she won't loose any days as it will be added to the end of her current permission to stay. Edited February 27, 2014 by wayned
ubonjoe
It can be done two weeks early and no days are lost. The extension starts at the end of the 60 day entry.
