My Thai sister-in-law bought a new car in Oct / Nov 2012 under the above system.

In Dec 2013 she received a rebate of 50,000 Baht for the purchase of a Mazda 2, cost approximately 670,000 baht for which she paid in cash, in full. She was under the impression that the rebate should be 100,000 Baht.

Is there a problem with this system. and does it also apply to the First House tax rebate?

Sure someone with more details will be along shortly but as I understand it the rebate is up to 100K depending on the original price of the car.

OP. I'm guessing that she only received HALF and should be inquiring WHEN THE OTHER HALF IS COMING!
