Injectible Vitamin B-12

Featured Replies

I'm in Bangkok and have a few questions

1) Where is a good place to buy b-12??

2) What exactly should I buy and in what quantity?

3) Where will inject it for me and in what dosage should I take it?

Cheers in advance for any help

See a doctor or talk to a pharmacist.

I don't know any Thai pharmacists that I would trust and I don't fancy spending the money on seeing the one decent doctor in Bangkok on this issue

Thanks for the reply anyway, I just starting taking 1000 mcg B-12 from iherb and they seem to be giving me a bit of a boost during the day.

This is worse than the colloidal silver thread. It does not matter how you ingest it, and the medical benefits are debatable ,

Injection of cobalamin is pure bunk, pushed by charlatans and quacksalvers.

Eat a piece of fish already.

Colloidal silver prevented an ebola outbreak in Chiang Mai and vit B12 will save countless additional lives.

Now let me get this right. You are in Bangkok posting on a Chiang Mai web sight and there is according to you only one decent doctor in all of Bangkok. Your condition is not worth the 300 baht it would cost to see him and you understandably don't know any pharmacists so rather than go meet one you come to Chiang Mai looking for an answer off of Thai Visa?

Did I miss any thing?

I went to the Doctor and he gave me Vitamin B12 suppository capsule and said take one every day.

I took them with water but noticed no benefit.

For all the good they did me I may as well have shoved them up my ass.

I didn't even notice it was the Chiang Mai section to be honest as I found this thread through a google search.

I have come across one decent doctor in Bangkok, have you got an issue with that? He doesn't specialise in CFS but has given me advice on other supplements.

I don't know any decent pharmacists that's why I asked a question looking for advice.
