    Plenty of flash card programs out there, implement with your own content, depending on your platform.

    Mnemosyne, SuperMemo, Anki - Anki's the best IMO.

    And web sites let you do the same, import CSV data. . .

    I like Anki. Regarding the pronunciation you can use translate.google.com and download the voice files. Then you can save the voice files into Anki. It's perfect for learning vocabulary and its free.
