Could be the govt situation is delaying payments, maybe the money diverted to rice payments, maybe normal time frame. Are others getting paid or in the same situ? Thanks. stevenl Posted March 6, 2014 Share Posted March 6, 2014 AFAIK there are no structural problems with the rebate, if there were I'm sure it would have been all over the news and TV.
