M 79 grenade attack in front of Shinawatra Tower3

One would assume that if it was a PDRC protestor attempting to garner sympathy the police would be falling over themselves to catch the culprit. All the attacks aimed at PDRC protestors over the last 3 months including the brutal terrorist attacks that claimed the innocent lives of 4 children have not raised a single suspect. Not one. If it is the PDRC as purported by the gullible, the police would catch them and parade them in front of the world stage and say "We were right it is the PDRC" Nope. Not one caught.

One red shirt leader is attacked and within days they have the suspects and are questioning them. So they have us believe when the PDRC attack red shirts they are clumsy criminals that get caught. When they attack themselves they turn into brilliant slick criminals that always get away.

People talk about justice. So do I. Completely biased towards the terrorist wing of the PTP.

One side commits a crime and it is overlooked and the supporters have the audacity to say it was the PDRC supporters shooting themselves.

The other side commits a crime, is punished and the supporters have the audacity to call it a judicial coup.

The only way the PTP could actually be as innocent as their blindly devoted supporters suggest is if they didn't exist in the first place.

Not one single suspect, well considering that bad guys tend not to wear I'm a bad guy t-shirt and have I'm a bad guy ID and always carry their M79's across there backs in broad daylight, in a city of 6,000,000 people, that is the preverbial needle in a haystack, then add that to the 50-60 Million people who have no love for Suthep in the first place, it's like trying to find a particular grain of rice in a rice paddy!!

I'm not defending their incompetence, but seeing as you, and many others seem to know more than the Police, perhaps you're in possesion of a list of names that states "Bad guy" on it??

Dude, they've been trying to catch terrorists in Iraq for 11 years, simply because they have no leads.

The Other side commits a crime, okay, so lets put every member of the PTP and anyone else who has a grievence with the PDRC, to include some pissed off yellows.. that my friend is a mountain to start processing.

Unless someone knows who at least ONE of these grenadiers are, they're searching for Ghosts..

I'm also not naive enough to think they're being less than caring, and more than likely have no interest anyway, but that's what happens when you clash with the people you want off the streets, and get condemned for your actions, you adopt a less than give a toss attitude back wink.png

When the "ghosts" attack red shirts they are caught swiftly. When the "ghosts" attack PDRC supporters they are not caught.

Another mystery attack in an empty area with no one hurt and very little damage, but a lot of propaganda value!

As happens so often!

Cheers

Off course Kiko. You are so happily correct again. Indeed, one red shirt was caught throwing flowers! They are the new peace-loving, unarmed, pacifist buddhists.

Any speeches they make that appears to be calling for violence, are all misreported in the press.

Any calls they make for dividing the country are all part of a yellow propaganda and nothing to do with the reds.

All the people murdered by the Thaksin regime in fact committed suicide.

All the money received by Senators to support Thaksin was in fact charitable donations and nothing to do with influencing votes.

Oh Kiko! You are so wise. You understand so much!

Any more theories or even facts?

It must be the 'others', surely, who else profits from this grenade lobbing madness

That's what you try to imply, my dear kiko?

Well there's no cctv footage so nobody knows who it is. cctv footage being your new method of determining guilt, as in the beaten red shirt guard incident, is it not, rubl?

Does everyone in Thailand have a m79 grenade launcher ?? I want one too !! :-)

I'm certain that people with UDD/Red shirts connections on this forum could fulfill your wishes. Just PM them. Especially guys who live in Udonthani province or even better Pathumthani. It's in neighbourhood. wink.png

My dear fabs, you should try to relax. It seems you have a problem separating cases.

I'm asking what kiko was trying to imply. That's all.

The grenades always fly when the Shin Clan doesn't get it's way,

or is at risk of losing profits or power or face, or is making a major push,

and almost never do when they are in full control.

It doesn't take a CIA analyst to connect these dots.

Makes one wonder if the source of the grenades isn't the eastern neighbor. The fugitive has quite good connections there, no ?

The irony in the name of the place this happened is quite .. appropriate.

They should just use water balloons filled with paint or something. Won't kill anyone and it would send the message that "I could've gotten you if I wanted to".

Same effect of flinging grenades way off course? At least you could mark people without hurting them.

Do they have hawkers selling the M79's or where do they procure them ? Seem to be standard issue for any aspiring red shirts.

if they are indeed m79 ( which seems doubtful since they use that designation too frequently for any blast) they may have been in the stock pile the army intercepted some time back, and lost shortly after with no real inventory of what was confiscated .

China, the main manufacturer is not far from the "red land capital" Chiang Mai, also the Birmese army are willing to sell these toys.

I remember from 2010 when your friendly neighbourhood policeman was intercepted by the RTA while making a delivery of M-79 grenades to the red shirts.
