I arrived in Pattaya last night and have been everywhere looking for a sim for my iphone4, to no avail.

Does anyone know where I can get one please?

Why can't you get one? All the phone shops sell them, and even a full size SIM can be cut to size in a second.

I went to very 4711 on beach road, they "no have", so my question is again , where can I get one PLEASE!

Try any Telewiz, DTAC or True shop, or Tukcom. Or get a full size (assume 7-11 have that) and ask a phone shop to cut it.

Most full-size SIMs come with snap-out perforations, turning the full-sizer into a microSIM, which fits the iPhone 4(S). Most of the time, you don't even need to get it cut. But any phone shop in the malls has a desktop cutter. They'll charge, IIRC, 40 baht. And the fashionable newish Samsung Galaxy S4 uses a microSIM so guaranteed, every shop has a SIM to fit the iPhone 4.
