chainarong
It is weird and wacky days in Thailand , the EC cannot authorise the release of funds to help the Rice farmers but can endorse the military reshuffle, but, can this be carried out in caretaker mode, makes you wonder the importance of such a move.. NCFC
In fact, why is the Election Commission the body to endorse these moves? Strange Sent from my iPhone using Thaivisa Connect Thailand
rickirs
Let's see how long EC approval lasts before Suthep files a complaint before the Contitutional Court to hold EC approval unconstitutional. I am surprised that the EC didn't insist on a royal decree before it would even consider the reshuffle.

If you think a bit, it will be clear for you. They can not authorise something that causes new debts for the next government. Which makes sense, so a caretaker government that is loosing the election can't do something stupid in the short time it has. But a routine reshuffle on which everyone agrees is of course no problem. JAG
203 Generals! I wonder how many are in real operational jobs, which require a 1 star or above level of command? Sent from my Nexus 7 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
PepperMe
So a total of 1600 generals in the Thai military? The British army has around 30 in total and are one of the finest (if not... the finest) fighting military in the entire world. What a joke.
