Ok, I'll be working with an established pub over on Koh Phangan as chef and will be cooking western food. Can anyone recommend restaurant equipment suppliers (for gas oven, large refrigerator, pots, pans, etc.)? Would prefer buying on Koh Phangan if possible but am aware of the lack of such suppliers there. I've heard of 75 on Samuii, any others? Also, do any of the food wholesalers ship to Phangan from Samuii or Surat Thani? Thanks in advance for your help!
