Hi Bina,

I don't know how far he wants to travel but one of the best schools - Thai operated, is on Koh Chang. It's reasonably priced and even though it caters mainly to tourists, this is now the low season, so should be fewer. Its the opposite end of the island away from White Sands, but the locals will know. Never heard a bad word about it, and as a Thai I'm sure he could negotiate his needs with them. Sorry can't remember the name.
