Captiva - my lemon car story

Featured Replies

I had one of the first Big M s here years ago and found Nissan Ubon Rat Service superb. Even so I fooled myself being accustomed to V8 Ozzie Utes and assuming it would be similar it did put me off Trucks and Clonkers for Life though. Were all different , never thought much of the C class company rides I was given, cant say they were worth any more than an average Top Euro Ford rental. Controversy makes the Posts, keep em coming.

If you read the OP his story carefully you see that the problem is more in the service/garage then in the car. Every mass product can have defects. It's how they solve those problems that make it a good brand or not.

Sure, but seems his probs were many for a new ride. In theory a new ride should be near perfect. If the manufacturer cannot train their staff to fix quickly with a smile then something is wrong with their infrastructure.
