Marriage Visa in Brisbane

Featured Replies

Is it possible to apply for the 3 month non-o visa based on marriage to a Thai national at the consulate in Brisbane? If so, must you be an Australian to apply there or is any nationality ok? Will only be there 3 days, if anyone has applied there... what was the turnaround time?

Thanks!

There hasn't been a very recent report from a Thaivisa member about getting a single-entry non-O visa at the Thai consulate in Brisbane for the purpose of visiting the Thai wife. It will be best if you call them to ask about their current requirements. You can find their contact information on their website: http://www.thaiconsulate.org/

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

You should not have a problem getting a single entry non-o. It would help if we knew your nationality.
