Hi, mates, when I graduted from Ramkhamhaeng Uni. I found a job and after two month of provation I just got my work permit, but now my friend from australia , got graduated from rangsit, the same major that I BBA, she found a job passed the provation and when the company went to make her work permit, the application was refused cuz the minister of work ask for two years of experience. is this correct? for getting a work permit should you have at least two years of experience? cuz in my case I didnt and everything went ok in my case.

Excuse my ignorance but what, exactly is "provation " .

Does not seem to be in my dictionary!

I think you perfectly well know he means 'probation'.
