retirment visa

Featured Replies

hi anyone know a good lawer in hua hin where i can get my retirment visa done thanks

No lawyer can obtain a "retirement visa" in Thailand

There is no such beast !

But plenty of bad ones that will sell you an extension.

Is the OP looking for hand hold to guide him through the legit application process for a retirement extension or is he looking for a visa fixer who can obtain an extension without actually qualifying?

Do a little research yourself, very easy too extend your present visa.................by yourself

OP you do not need a Lawyer

If you have the required funds in the bank go and see Immigration

If you do not have the required funds in the bank go and see Immigration

To the OP, do you have some kind of O visa in your passport already?

If not, you need both an O visa AND a retirement extension.

Some people really do need (or just want) to pay for visa advice and help through the process. No shame in that, any more than paying someone to do your tax forms.

The first two questions are:

1. What kind of visa, if any, did you use when you entered Thailand?

2. When does your permisssion to stay expire? The stamp in your passport!

Try HH immigration, speak nicely and all will be arranged quite easily.

Make sure you are at least 50 years old.
