Hi all.

Can any fellow members please suggest good long term condo accomodation in the central Pattaya area?

Prefered location: Close to Pattaya Klang / Central Pattaya Rd

Room requirements: Studio or bigger.

Room inclusiions: Furnished with Kitchen, Lounge area, Wifi, Cable Tv, Fridge

I don't ride a motorbike so I need access to baht bus routes or within around 40 baht motorbike taxi to Big C extra Pattaya Klang.

There are many places, offering these conditions. The best value for money in this region IMHO is PKCP, where I'm living too. Just don't rent from the biggest landlord there, who is a money shark. PM me, in case you want me to contact the management.
