Seeking PhD in Education (preferred) or MA in Education, TESOL or related field to be department chair at Thongsook College's successful and expanding TESOL department.

Must be proficient in Thai (speaking, reading and writing)

Duties will include developing new programs under the direction of the Director of International Programs, management of current programs and some teaching.

Yes ESPECIALLY open to Thais as the Thai SAR (its an internal assessment all degrees need to complete) is mainly in Thai.

But anyone proficient in Thai and English can apply.
