What do you plan to do with it?

If you are travelling around a lot and you need to take your com with you buy a laptop.

If not buy a desk top.

You pay almost twice the price for the same functionality if you buy a laptop.

And a word of caution.

Back everything up off your machine.

That way if you get it stolen you won't loose everything.

oh and never use the 'save password function', if someone nicks your com they also have your passwords.

i will be mainly use it for keeping in touch with those back home and other minor things, no work or anything like that, thank you both for taking the time.
