Hi I live in Thailand and shall just start to do some trading business. I shall sell things to Europe and buy it from China. Now I need to open an USD account in a Bank here in Thailand and when money comes in to that account I must directly transfer the most of that money to the Chines supplier. Where can I open an account where I can do this. I dont want the money come in to Thailand.

Just open a FCD account with Bangkok Bank (or other). I believe you need to visit the branch to make transfers out.
